Welcome to SA Image Academy International.

We are committed to excellence, transformation, and raising the standard of Image Consulting globally. Our courses are designed not only to equip you with skills, but to position you for impact.

Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling in any of our courses or programs.

 

Before You Enrol

All courses are strictly non-refundable

Courses are transferable to another person or a future date

A minimum of 3 students is required for any course to proceed

All intellectual property is strictly protected

Students and Style Sorority members may not recreate or replicate any tools or systems

 

Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our courses provide immediate access to proprietary knowledge, systems, and materials developed over years of experience.

Because of the nature of this intellectual property and the value delivered, all course purchases are non-refundable.

This protects the integrity of the academy, the quality of the learning experience, and the value received by every student.

We do, however, offer flexibility through course transfers should you be unable to attend.

 

Course Participation & Minimum Requirement

A minimum of three (3) students is required for any in-person or virtual course to proceed.

If the minimum is not met:

• The course may be rescheduled, or
• You may transfer to another available date

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

General Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms apply to:

• www.saimage.co.za
• All online and in-person courses
• Training materials and manuals
• Style Sorority membership

By enrolling, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older
• You accept these Terms

 

2. Nature of Training

SA Image Academy International provides professional training in Image Consulting, Style, Colour, and Personal Development.

We equip you with tools and knowledge, but:

• Results are not guaranteed
• Your success depends on your application and effort

 

Refund & Transfer Policy

Courses (Online, Virtual, and In-Person):

All courses are strictly non-refundable

Courses are transferable:

• To another person, or
• To a future course date (subject to availability and prior arrangement)

Digital Content & Manuals:

No refunds once access has been granted

 

Intellectual Property (VERY IMPORTANT)

All content belongs to SA Image Academy International and Aletté Winckler.

This includes:

• Manuals
• Training content
• Colour systems
• Style systems
• Tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Presentations and digital resources

You may NOT:

• Copy or reproduce any materials
• Share PDFs, manuals, or content with others
• Use our systems to create your own tools or products
• Teach, train, or distribute our content
• Repackage our work in any form

 

Style Sorority Member Restrictions

As a Style Sorority member, you agree:

• Not to create your own tools or products based on SAIAI systems
• Not to replicate or adapt any SAIAI intellectual property
• Not to use SAIAI frameworks outside the intended use

This includes both direct and indirect use.

 

Social Media & Content Sharing

Students and members may not:

• Share detailed course content publicly
• Post or distribute manuals or training material
• “Give away” SAIAI systems, frameworks, or methodologies
• Teach or explain course content in a way that replicates the training

You may share your journey, but not the intellectual property.

 

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Act with integrity and professionalism
• Respect fellow students and the academy
• Not damage the reputation of SAIAI

 

Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in South African Rand
• Payment plans must be honoured in full
• Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the course

 

Third-Party Services

We are not liable for third-party platforms used for:

• Payments
• Course delivery
• Communication

 

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Business outcomes
• Client results
• Financial results
• Indirect or consequential damages

 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify SAIAI against claims arising from:

• Your use of training
• Your business activities
• Breach of these Terms

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

 

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.
