I AGREE that the course information remains the intellectual property of The South African Image Academy (Pty) Ltd and I understand that it is unlawful to disclose any information to any party for the duration of this relationship with The South African Image Academy (Pty) Ltd. or anytime thereafter without permission. I therefore AGREE to never share any information with anyone. This includes all Manual Material and Manual Content, Login details, Tests, test results, Information Sessions, Company Strategies and anything else created or designed by SA Image Academy (Pty) Ltd.

I AGREE that I am not permitted to train any person to be an Image Consultant with the products and resources of The South African Image Academy (Pty) Ltd.

I AGREE that at no time may I publish any product manufactured by The South African Image Academy (Pty) Ltd. with my own name or business name on it as if it were my own, unless special permission has been granted.

I UNDERSTAND that violating the confidentiality of the above statement may lead to my disqualification from the SA Image Style Sorority without any reimbursement for any fees paid.

Style Sorority Access Activation

I UNDERSTAND that I will only be added to the SA Image website and WhatsApp groups once all the required information has been submitted and SA Image has received the Payfast payment.

Style Sorority Cancellation

I AGREE that I may cancel this authority by giving 3 months’ notice in writing and paying for those three months. I UNDERSTAND that I shall not be entitled to any refund of amounts which you have withdrawn while this authority was in force if such amounts were legally owing to you.

Once cancellation is requested, I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that I revoke all my access to any of the products and tools that SA IMAGE ACADEMY (Pty) Ltd gives as well as the use of the Online Tool Kit that I purchased with the term of only being able to use it as an active SA Image Style Sorority member.
